1. The service
PIYEKS is a market screen and strategy simulation tool that shows stock-index, commodity, FX, gold, precious-metal, currency-pair, crypto and futures prices from third-party sources for information only. Pivot/support/resistance levels, trend indicators and backtest results are automatic calculations.
2. Not investment advice
No content, calculation or simulation on this site is investment advice. Past performance and backtest results do not predict future results. Base your decisions on your own judgement and on advice from licensed professionals.
3. Accuracy
Prices come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Some cross rates are derived from component prices, and simulations derive 15-second slices from 1-minute candles. PIYEKS is not liable for losses arising from such differences.
4. Accounts and strategies
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Strategy code you write is your responsibility and runs only in your browser. Do not overload the site, bulk-copy its data or disrupt the service; accounts that do may be closed.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, software and the PIYEKS brand belong to PIYEKS. Rights to price data belong to the respective data providers.
6. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page. Turkish law applies.
