Privacy policy
This page explains what data PIYEKS (piyeks.com) processes, why, and what your rights are.
1. Controller

2. What we process

Without an account, your boards, strategies and preferences stay only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us. Your strategy code always runs only in your browser.
3. Cookies and local storage
- PKSID (strictly necessary session cookie): set only when you sign in, valid for 30 days, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax.
- pk_lang (language preference): remembers your language for 1 year.
- localStorage: keeps your boards, strategies and theme in your browser.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated and we will ask for your consent.
4. Third-party services
To show live prices your browser connects directly to the services below, which may see your IP address under their own policies:
- Genesis (services.genesisproblue.com) — TRY rates and gold prices
- Kraken (kraken.com) — currency pairs
- Binance market-data endpoints (binance.vision) — crypto and backup rates
- Frankfurter / European Central Bank reference rates (frankfurter.dev)
- Google Fonts
- Stock-index, commodity and futures data are fetched from Yahoo Finance by our server, so your IP address is not shared with Yahoo.
- TradingView — loaded only when you open the "TradingView" tab in a chart; it may use its own cookies.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Failed sign-in records are deleted after 15 minutes.
6. Sharing
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It may only be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Write to the address below; we reply within 30 days: info@piyeks.com
